Just a quick heads-up — Freshdesk has increased their pricing to $18/month. I was previously on their free plan, which worked really well, but that option has now been removed. Unfortunately, they haven’t offered a reasonably affordable alternative, and at this time, I’m not able to upgrade to the paid plan.
To keep things running smoothly, I’ve set up a Knowledge Base page. If you can’t find the information you need there, you’ll have the option to submit a support ticket — these will now be handled via email.
